Prudential now has a new Answer Line number and website. Every member will need to establish a new PIN to access their account. Your PIN will be the same for the answer line and the website.
To establish your new PIN, please follow these steps:

Dial 1-877-778-2100.

When requested, enter your Account Number (Social Security number).
NOTE: When asked to enter your PIN, DO NOT RESPOND.

When you hear a message that states, "If you don't have a PIN, press 1," press 1.

To create your new PIN, you will be asked to enter your Social Security number, date of birth, and zip code. The PIN that you create must be between 6 and 10 digits.

You will use this PIN for both the Answer Line and the Prudential website.
